I decided after buying a 55" TV that I really wanted a larger one. Best Buy picked up the one that I didn't want no charge,and delivered my new TV rapidly. They were very helpful through the whole process and made it easy with no stress!! Very happy!!

I went to Sam's to compare but returned to Best Buy and made the purchase because the salesman was much more informed about the product.

Don’t expect to use Disney+, ESPN and Sling apps reliably on this TV. Slow to update. Slow to add apps. Very disappointed in software.

Even after factory resets and reinstalling apps they still crash. Picture itself is great I just wish the apps worked better.Most of my tv watching is through apps $1500 disappointment.

We appreciate your feedback on apps response time, and for optimal performance, we ask that you please ensure you've got the latest firmware version installed on your TV. You can check this by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care
