Even after factory resets and reinstalling apps they still crash. Picture itself is great I just wish the apps worked better.Most of my tv watching is through apps $1500 disappointment.

We appreciate your feedback on apps response time, and for optimal performance, we ask that you please ensure you've got the latest firmware version installed on your TV. You can check this by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care

I will not have an answer for the total system until all components assembled and working to my satisfaction before any review. The tech folks are waiting for the universal remote to be programmed, then I will make a review.

Im glad I picked this TV. Truly can be hard to believe just how crisp and bright the screen is. And when i say bright, i mean bright like can hurt your eyes bright. Catch it on sale like i did and you'll be even happier.

The screen is so vivid that I have no problem watching my favorite movies over and over just to appreciate again the quality of the picture. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Technician came out said no issue with it necause its a random issue that happens also samsung and bestbuy refused to replace the tv even though this issue was ongoing when i first bought it.
