Samsung OLED TV

The picture quality is great with bright colors. The sound quality is real good even without a sound bar. This is a good quality TV and I totally recommend it.

If you buy the siundbar from Samsung prepair to be annoyed as the mounting of it is a nightmare due the design. The so undbar bluetooth connection also periodically disconnects.

TV Review

It should not have been that way. Took a visit from Geek Squad to come and explain it because the guys that set it up did not know how to get my sound on the Bose speakers. The old Samsung worked with those speakers !!!!!

Been buying from Best buy for the last 15 years and definitely will continue to do so! Again your workers were phenomenal!

We had promised to upgrade the TV when possible, now was the time. Fantastic choice ably assisted by the Best Buy technician (Senior Consultant), everything came together.

Scammed by a Geek Squad Customer Representative

I also bought a 5 year protection plan on tv at same time. Around a $3500.00 purchase. On November 6, I had a sign in issue on my new TV & I called Best Buy Geek phone number provided by Best Buy at time of purchase, for help on resolving issue. The customer rep got my information and then switched me to another customer rep. Who he said would take care of my technical issue. That second customer rep identified himself as a geek squad rep but in truth he turned out to be a scammer and thief. He told me in no uncertain terms that he would resolve my tv issue problem and requested that I allow him to remotely take control of my computer. Trusting him as an honest truthful person working for Geek Squad to help us customers who bought the protection plan, he took control of my laptop computer and said my computer was very slow and he would try to speed it up for me, but what he was actually doing was helping himself to my confidential info on my laptop and purchased two e gift cards on my credit card from Best Buy and stole $325.00 in e-gift cards from me. I became leery of what he was doing and taking so much time putting me on hold so many times. What he was doing is trying to steal as much info from me as possible, until I told him I called in for tv issue and while I appreciated him trying to also help optimize my computer speed, I wanted him to resolve my tv issue and he answered me that he was almost done on that and put me a hold. That's when it finally dawned on me that I had a tv issue not computer problem and when he came back on I told him that and demanded that he work on my tv issue immediately or I was hanging up. He then told me that he had to call me back in 30 minutes to come back and work on tv issue I had called in for. After he hung up I checked my email account and saw where two e-gift cards had been bought by that so called geek squad thief and scammer. He did call back and I told him what I had discovered he had done and demanded his name but he refused to give his name just that he was a geek squad rep and I told him I was going to hang up on him because he was a thief and he then hung up. I immediately reported all this to Best Buy but they have done squat or absolutely nothing to erase the false charges he made in my name. I told him that I relied on them to provide honest representatives for resolution of my technical issue, not a crook. That representative I talked to told me Best Buy would reimburse me for the amounts I lost on the e-gift cards the crooked rep made in my name but to this date have done nothing. Suffice it to say that I am very disappointed in Best Buy Geek Squad and want to say that I won't be using Best Buy for any more business with them. When a major US corporation treats people like that, I would warn the public out there to be real careful in dealing with Best Buy and their Geek Squad in dealing with them because they don't protect their customers and don't honor their warranties!
