Excellent tv only that the sound is a little disappointing, I have to put it in the 30 or more in order for it to be heard.

We walked in looking into another TV. Sunshine ray was so amazing. Walked out with an amazing TV and play station 5. Husband got a Steint in on his 50th bday so best way to recover

Picture quality is good and sound is good. However, for some reason the TV will just turn on for no reason throughout the day.

This product has been a tease so far. While it has a beautiful picture and is fun to add and use all the streaming apps, this TV has been fraught with more technical difficulties and unreliability than its heftier price should merit. It often have difficulty maintaining a strong enough connection to the internet to stream live TV and now after just 2 month of ownership the picture is displaying double images with a red bar on the bottom and going black after a few seconds. Haven't been able to resolve this issue yet. Headache.

Lived up to all my expectations. Ive been wanting this tv for a while and purchased it during this years President's Day sale. No regrets!

Its a really thin tv and great quality for the price however the sound quality is decent compare to some other models.

This is our 3rd large-screen Samsung TVs. All are fantastic. Remote is versatile and way to use.

good quality. Picture resolution is very good. Sound is acceptable but could be enhanced with a sound bar.

Thee mother board died after havingg the TV for 6 months. It was coverred underwarranty, but the process was painful and the on line service agents were not helpful. However, the tech that was finally dispatched to the house was very nice and efficient. Diagnosed the problem in minutes, ordered the part and was back in a few days to replace the motherboard. The problem should have been identified by the online tech immediately.

Love the tv, but was very surprised to find out that my bestbuy credit account had been closed. Why would you close my account without notifying me?

Happy With it!. Don't you just hate these reviews where you say something succinctly and then the form requires you to use at least 50 Characters.

Love new tv and sound bar. Very disappointed old tv only lasted 2 years. Hope better luck with this one. Our salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable .

Was time to upgrade from an approx. 17 year old Samsung TV with 3D capability. Very happy with our choice—the OLED 4K TV is a great upgrade.
