First one lasted for 8 hrs. Lines falling down screen and it would shut down. Returned for exact model. Week 2 of ownership and apps won't load. TV/ANT skips out and screen saver comes on, often. I have multiple paid TV choices. Fastest internet Comcast offers in Denver. Issues are enough I'm returning and getting another brand. Picture is very nice, some shows have to much light. Auto setting for light conditions. For the money I wouldn't recommend.

Great tv, not as bright as a qled but struts its stuff when the content is full blown hdr. Wish I would have purchased the 77 so I could appreciate more what this tv has to offer but in hindsight I’d say go with the qn90c if 65 inch and under

It is a great TV, although had a network issue and reached out to Geek Squad the rep did not follow up. I figured it out myself as well as connected wiring in which they placed incorrectly. YouTube helped better than the installer

Great tv. Poorly installed. Out of level. I paid for installation. Installers should return to reinstall.

Wow. This tv is premium. If you are considering getting a tv that is not an oled. Think again. This tv is beyond excellent

First OLED tv and surprisingly well worth it. Didn’t have to do much calibration right out of the box and could possibly leave it as is.

Beautiful TV. Worth the money! I am not a huge fan of Samsungs software and settings but it is very responsive.

The brightness is okay if not compatible to LED model. The remote is simple to use and rechargeable is a good feature.

worked great for one week then I got bars across my screen. samsung help center was awesome. They sent 2 techs out to fix the issue. It took 3 different appointments to get the issue solved but it looks and works great now. Quality not so great but there customer service is perfect.

We were looking to upgrade to a SMART TV. This Samsung has great features and has the apps we were looking for.
