Heavyweight Remote is very sensitive( probably I got defective piece) when placing remote on tv stand tv turn on out matically. Some time apps hang like Netflix and Amazon

We appreciate your feedback on Samsung's S90C, and for optimal performance, we ask that you please ensure you've got the latest firmware version installed on your TV. You can check this by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care
To further improve your sound, you may want to enable some Intelligent Mode options, as these recognize and analyze the surroundings, noise, content, and your usage patterns to provide the best viewing experience.
Go to Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Intelligent Mode Settings. Turn the options on or off to meet your needs:
Active Voice Amplifier (AVA): Analyzes ambient noise and provides optimal sound depending on the noise
Adaptive Sound: Provides optimized sound quality by analyzing the viewing space and the acoustic components of the content.
Adaptive Volume: Automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while you are watching TV. By analyzing your volume usage history by time period it’ll automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external source.

To unlock all the features like HDR and VRR is not very straightforward so I had to look up a video tutorial to figure it out.

Its definitely the Best TV i have purchase to date. The colors are fanstastic...Red Green Blue, etc.. really pop. It's super thin and the channels ( free ) included by Samsung are a bonus.

The speakers on the TV are too small. If you want a better sound without a sound bar I would suggest you buy a Sony TV great picture also.

It’s too small and hard to manage. I have purchased 2 “compatible” remotes from Amazon that DO NOT WORK WITH THIS TV. If I had known how much I would hate this remote, I would not have purchased this Samsung.

Upgrade from QLED

The colors are so bright and brilliant. It's a big upgrade from my old TV. If you need a new TV QD OLED is definitely the way to go.
