Build quality is great and the panel feels solid even though it is very thin. Use common sense when handling the TV for setup and movement and you will have no issues. The UI design is very intuitive. The best recommendation I can give this is that after months of using this TV as both a pc display and smart tv for streaming, I would absolutely buy it again.

Delivered and installed a refurbished TV

Not happy trying to figure out my recourse. TV itself is great but I can't believe Best buy did that. my order history shows a refurbished TV which I definitely did not buy

Beautiful picture

My previous TV was an LG and the guide was great. The Samsung guide rarely gets all the info and just spins its wheel.
