Now I'm not very good at tech knowledge but I had some help and it was hard for him. The biggest problem was getting my apps contected.

While it has a beautiful picture and is fun to add and use all the streaming apps, this TV has been fraught with more technical difficulties and unreliability than its heftier price should merit. It often have difficulty maintaining a strong enough connection to the internet to stream live TV and now after just 2 month of ownership the picture is displaying double images with a red bar on the bottom and going black after a few seconds. Haven't been able to resolve this issue yet. Headache.

They sent 2 techs out to fix the issue. It took 3 different appointments to get the issue solved but it looks and works great now. Quality not so great but there customer service is perfect.
