I figured it out myself as well as connected wiring in which they placed incorrectly. YouTube helped better than the installer

Lines falling down screen and it would shut down. Returned for exact model. Week 2 of ownership and apps won't load. TV/ANT skips out and screen saver comes on, often. I have multiple paid TV choices. Fastest internet Comcast offers in Denver. Issues are enough I'm returning and getting another brand. Picture is very nice, some shows have to much light. Auto setting for light conditions. For the money I wouldn't recommend.

Wish I would have purchased the 77 so I could appreciate more what this tv has to offer but in hindsight I’d say go with the qn90c if 65 inch and under
