Thank you for your customer service. Went into the Best Buy Store and James was awesome with helping me decide on which tv to get. He answer all my questions and took his time and I did not feel rushed by any means. I definitely took a lot of his time but he still took his time and gave me a lot of information and was very detailed on everything. Thank you James at Joliet, IL store. Thai TV is absolutely stunning. Super crisp picture with smooth motion amd Zero input lag while gaming. Slick design and the features with the new game mode are fantastic.

The TV is awesome. The picture is awesome. Navigating the menus is a bit wonky. The remote is... not so great. Easily the most sensitive remote I've ever had. Maybe I need to mount it in a stationary position. Because, it's seemingly always in a position for me to accidentally activate Netflix, the Home screen, or another random button. Basically, this TV just needs a better remote and a simpler interface. There's too much extra involved with the menus. True story.

As soon as we had this TV up and running the difference between this and the other Samsung TV's I have in the house, was noticeable. My ps5 looks incredible, everything is so crisp and clear. Glad we splurged the extra money from a QLED, which is what I have as well. Don't think about it and just get it.

The vibrant colors & view from every angle is astounding! I love the ambient features w/the fireplace & candles with the drapes flowing! This TV is worth it.

Got this because my 50 inch Samsung burned out. I've always liked the Samsung brand so I stuck with it. This TV is great. Colors are vibrant. Going to 65 inches from 50 is a nice upgrade. The only thing about it is that mounting it was weird. The base is on the bottom. That makes handling the TV very awkward and very fragile. That glass flexes easily and if you don't watch it, you're going to wind up with a broken, brand new TV.

Excellent tv. Easy to install and the settings are great. Having 4 HDMI’s is useful and looks great with movies and games.

This tv was purchased for its amazing viewing angle and brightness compared to an older LG C3 oled. Doesn't dissapoint.

Great TV. The picture is excellent. Set up and daily use is instinctive and easy. I added a sound bar, so I can’t comment on audio quality of the television.

Best tv for the price in 2024. Most 2024 models are better than the 2025 models, or so close it isn’t worth the price difference. A great tv for Xbox gamers as well as you can sign in on the tv and play, no console needed. Bundle with a Samsung soundbar to save and improve sound quality a lot.

The quality of the picture and the non-glare screen really sold me on this television. The light from my windows really interfered with my old television. No worries here!!! No issues so far. I am very pleased I bought this one.

It is the best picture I have ever had in a TV. I have had lot TV and this is the best one I have ever had. So easy to operate. My Xbox picture is so brit and clear. So sweet. The movies all look so great. And I watch a lot of movies. The black and white ones are so clear. So in all this the best TV in the world. Michael C. Wallace

Very nice picture, and sounds! Easy to use remote. Pretty much glare free.
