The warranty process has been frustrating and I will be without a TV for 2 weeks. I have had multiple phone calls and need 2 service visits since they did not have all the parts to fix the problem the first time, even though I verified that they would. Basically the whole guts of the TV needed to be replaced, not just the main board. I still wonder if this will be an issue after the warranty ends because no support will be given. Best buy wipes their hands of the product after it is sold and Samsung has been frustrating with limited support. I also had to demount the TV myself since everyone refuses to help with that process without a high fee.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My only issue with this TV is that the placement of the screw holes for wall mounts is so much lower than my other Samsung TVs that it sits much higher on the wall, so I will need to reinstall my existing wall mount bracket if I want to re-hide some outlets that were previously hidden by the old TV. Probably something I could have checked in the specs/description, but I didn't think to do so.

Everything synced up effortlessly. Sound could be better but we already had a sound bar that fixed that problem. Price was reasonable.
