    When i bought the TV you said they would hook it up.. They dropped it off and left. Be honest with your customers because you lost me as being one and whoever answers your phone that is really a joke.

    This tv is total GARBAGE. It nothing more than a tracking and ad device. GARBAGE and subpar build quality at best. Too many lousy things to list because Best Buy blocks everything negative in reviews now. DONT BUY SAMDUNG anymore.

    First tv was defective , got a second new tv technician who installed tv was wrong i physical went to best buy told geek squad my problem with no solution call spectrum they fix my problem no thanks to geek squad i will not recommend best buy to no one.

    bad tv no good sound up and down ,just not a good tv, give it back and instead got a sony , and very happy with it

      You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care

    TV is great. Service from Best Buy is horrible! Got $130 in rewards certificates and tried to use for purchase of a sound bar. Ordered an "open box/excellent condition" item which had no box and missing remote. Useless! Best Buy took away the reward certificates since I had used them!!!

    Picture quality is amazing. For the price, there's currently no better TV available in OLED. Only knock is that Samsung doesn't support hdr10+. This is a knock on Samsung as a company. Just pay to use the stuff, and give is the undeniably best OLED on the market. Just dumb really on their part, but other than that they made a really great tv for a really great value! Also great for gaming!!

    Purchased yesterday 5/6/25. Easy setup. The picture is fantastic. Sound quality was a big reason I purchased this TV. I read numerous forums that said sound quality was great. I have to disagree. Also, why must I turn the sound up to level 35+ to be able to get clear audio for what I am watching? I am replacing a 60 inch Sharp Aquos that I purchased on 12/20/14. That TV has been very good to me over the years and still works flawlessly. The 10 year old Sharp has a refresh rate of 240Hz. This Samsung has a refresh rate of 120Hz. I guess they don't make them like they used to. No equalizer adjustments on the Samsung either. I'm new to Samsung TVs. I'm very open minded about this one. Thanks

    Beautiful picture, simple remote, and all the connected services you can ask for! I also own an LG CX, and can easily say samsung has done just as well. The only thing LG has over this model is g-sync, but i dont game on PC and its now in the 2025 models.

    The picture on this TV is fantastic. I bought this to connect to a PC computer for watching movies. The visual is great! The Samsung control system is terrible. I initially tried to use it for direct connection to Amazon Prime. That is the only thing I wanted to use. It has so much bloat for unrelated garbage and so little in ability to view my selection of movies that I decided to only use the TV as a second monitor on my PC and watch movies that way. Now the problem is that the TV decides to abort its second monitor duty when my PC goes into sleep mode. I am forced to reconfigure it as second monitor every time. I don't have this type of problem with my other displays, so it is definitely a TV configuration problem.

    The TV is all around great. The delivery service from Best Buy was fantastic. They texted me to confirm the delivery day etc etc. This TV provides a great picture with pretty good sound even without a sound bar. It is easy to set up and use. I'm so impressed. From inky blacks to stunning pictures. Best tv I've ever owned. Five stars!!!

    beautiful picture, not recognizing local XBox

    This TV has a beautiful picture. Generally, setup has been fairly easy. However, since this TV includes XBox software built in, I am still having issues with getting my local XBox One working correctly. The TV seems to favor the online XBox software, so the hand controllers aren't recognized when trying to start the local XBox One.

    I had high expectations when purchasing this TV due to the abundance of great reviews and holy moly did this TV surpass my expectations! Colors are vibrant, picture quality is very sharp and detailed, and the TV audio is very nice. Would highly recommend this TV to others!

    I like the new smart tv - but - i know this may sound dumb - but - im 72 years old and NOT very good with modern technology etc. So for someone like me, a smart TV like this has TOO MANY bows and whistles - in other words - its too good - has so many settings i get frustrated trying to set the colors and picture and sound - etc. I prefer a TV that you turn on and it plays - not a lot of buttons and settings and a wide variety of other features. I dont like it - i prefer simplicity. But that said - yeah - its ok.

To assist you in learning the various features, functions, and settings of your TV and remote, you can download the S90D TV's User Manual, e-Manual, Remote Control Leaflet, and Quick Setup Guide on Samsung's website under Support (top right corner) > Manuals & Software > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can select the S90D TV under OLED TVs to download the guides you would like.

      The e-Manual and Remote Guide are both also embedded into the TV itself under Menu > Settings > Support
