TV was in good condition with very small minor scratches. No damages on the screen itself even though I bought it without a box and refurbished. I'm completely satisfied with my purchase and would confidently make a purchase again in the future.

The picture clarity is very sharp and clear. And for live sporting events, there is no motion blur. The most surprising plus...despite the screen being glass, reflection and glare is practically non-existent. The only drawback is the sound quality which is average at best.

Epic watching experience ! If you are wondering if you should spend the extra on OLED, DO IT !! we got a smaller (65inch , not small! ) and opted for better quality, NO REGRETS . its now the most watched tv in the house .

At the time of purchase, who doesn’t love their new TV? (Hint, return it asap!) That said, it seems more useful to review a product after several months of use. So here’s mine: this is a very good, high quality resolution TV. We have it tied into our stereo system so sound review would not be fair. However, software reviews seem more appropriate these days. Samsung in general is very slow to respond to other apps that require accurate current system information to function properly which does affect the end user. It is frustrating to buy a beautiful new RV with a gorgeous picture, great quality hardware, but have numerous apps I frequently use, not function properly because of slow updates by the manufacturer. The Samsung software frequently gets clunky, and slow or sluggish when they need an update… so this is my “review” of this product after several months of daily use.

Incredible TV. Great alternative to the LG C4. Bright

Yaaaas. Great picture even in bright rooms. Sounds good with the qsymphony stuff. Only complaint is that I wish it was a little bit thicker as I was super scarred I was going to break the screen as it’s the width of cardboard. Also it’s kind of picky about going into 120hz mode idk why.

The picture on the tv is phenomenal. I was immediately impressed. Unfortunately the TV was open box and when it arrived at my home, the support feet were broken off of it. A Best Buy associate in store was able to find me a new stand, unfortunately, I realize the screen was scratched in multiple places. I gave up and went and bought a new TV the S95D. Unfortunately this one is also having issues and is most likely going to be returned. I’m not having any luck lately. The picture on this is incredible. I wish the TV would’ve been in good condition and not damage damaged.

Don't bother with any other tv in the price range this one is better I returned my LG c4 for this and am so glad I did

Really like this new Samsung TV. Color is great and the picture is outstanding. Sound is very good also. Installation was quick and thouroly done.

I know OLED is one of the highest quality tv types but man after buying this tv I will never buy anything less! An amazing picture and sound!

This tv has the best color of any other in the house. Im mu opinion it is not so much better than QLED to justify the price difference. Howver, i do enjoy the great color. I wont buy another OLED unless i need the thin profile, otherwise QLED is close enough. The sound quality is better than average for a tv and is thr equivalent of a soundbar.

Thin, and much faster response. Picture is superb. Have lots of windows around it, and the colors are perfect.

Awesome TV at an affordable price, the TV was in stock and the transaction over the phone was seamless.

Sharp picture bright contrast. Mates well with signal from Comcast, streaming box and DVD player (with adapter). I separately purchased a more stable stand because the legs it came with seemed fragile and I didn’t want to wall mount it.

If you’re not paying attention, you just might miss it. I had an opportunity to make a purchase at the Kennesaw location and everything was amazing from the knowledge of the sales people on site to how they navigated my purchase in an expeditious manner. I will be back definitely.

I love this TV. I won't buy anything other than Samsung. I've bought 5 Samsung TVs from Best Buy and I still have my 46 in class TV that is 17 years old. My new 65 in OLED has an incredible picture and matched with the Samsung sound bar is a great combination. Great products , completely satisfied and I would highly recommend Samsung products.
