    Purchase this TV in July to replace my 18 year old living room tv. I was going to purchase the LG G4 but the Best buy convince to get the S90D and after researching for a few days I went back and purchase it. The S90D is hands down better tv than the C3 I have and it doesn't get hot like the G4. But fast forward to October and this month. I lost the TV control but the worst part is the tv started giving me audio problems every-time I turn it on. The audio sounds muffled and I went thru the settings and everything and the only way to fix it its by turning it off and unplugging the power cord from the back of the tv and wait 10 seconds. I'm contacting geek squad soon when I have time to see if they can fix the issue.

      Thank you for purchasing Samsung's S90D TV and for your feedback on the sound. To ensure you’ve got the latest sound quality updates, please confirm that your TV is up to date with the latest firmware version. You can check by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

      If the sound is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several sound settings you can adjust to suit your personal preferences.

      • Sound Modes may better meet your personal preferences. Go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Sound > Sound Mode, or Expert Settings to fine-tune and customize your sound.

      • Adaptive Sound will also further optimize sound quality by analyzing the viewing space and the acoustic components of the content. Go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Intelligent Mode Settings.

      Should you choose to add a Samsung Soundbar to your TV, please know that our Q- and S-Series Soundbars (such as the HW-S800D) feature Q-Symphony which will synchronize with the speakers of your TV for an immersive 3D sound experience.

    Wow the clarity of this tv is remarkable. Sound is a little lacking but it may be an app issue. We love samsung tv. And all the apps easily accessible. My gmaing clarity is next to none. Its fantastic.
