    First, sight and sound is great! Cant complain about that. But the functionality has had me frustrated after spending 2k. After exiting apps or switching from game to tv, menu wont let me chose apps or move my highlighted app, causing me to reset the tv or sometimes unplugging it from the wall. Tv wont shut off sometimes. Also, every once in awhile, apps wont load. The $500 55" Visio I baught in 2015 works better. The tv is average but I desired more. Jealous of my friends LG. I should have baught the same one. 5 star picture and sound. Why is there no option for stars on functionality?

      You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care
