    This TV lives up to all the info out there. I thought about going with a lower class, so glad I did not, well worth the extra. Everything is so incredibly sharp.

    The tv great for your living room gaming setup. There are some things I do wish it had. You cant load third party apps including steam remote play, which is the biggest reason I bought a smart. And no native support for jellyfin app. Which could also be solved if they would just let you install your own apps.

    I have no issues with the TV itself. It is beautiful and has a great picture. However, the Geek Squad installation did not properly check that the TV and sound system worked properly. The sound and picture are not in sync. When I watch a golf tournament for example, the golfer has completed his swing on the TV before the sound is heard on the soundbar. Also, there is no sound coming from the subwoofer except for a hiss. I've filled out two surveys trying to get my system fixed to no avail.

    First service of delivery was not at all friendly. Second service was exceptional. He took me the time to fully explain what had happened and why, fixed the problem and had a great attitude and demeanor. I wish I had remembered his name. He was terrific. The first guy was not good and did not represent the company well, during delivery and setup and never responded to two voice messages I left for him.
