Did have to stop crew to get explanation as to how to use remote to access Netflix, Prime etc. They were on the way out before I realized they weren’t go to do a show and tell

Bad customer service

They kept canceling the delivery. I talked to about 10 people over chat and phone, but none of them were helpful. They just said ‘sorry to hear that,’ blah blah. I literally stayed home for 3 days to receive the TV, and there’s no compensation for the inconvenience they created. Very disappointing.

Tech support says to unplug for a minute and replug and the issue gets fixed but then it just eventually happens again. I’ve had it for 6 months and it started after having it for 2 months….
