Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the picture quality of your S90D TV. To ensure you’ve got the latest image quality updates, please confirm that your TV is up to date with the latest firmware version. You can check by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
If the picture you’re seeing is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.
Go to Home > left direction button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
...and select the mode that best fits your usage:
1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments
2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments
3. Eco: Provided to save energy
4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room
5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.
You can also fine-tune your picture with expert settings such as brightness, contrast, sharpness and more (All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings).

Operating system poor

You can search for and select the S90D TV to download the guides you would like.
The e-Manual and Remote Guide are both also embedded into your TV itself under Menu > Settings > Support > Open e-Manual.

Not for gaming

Dishonest practuces of Best Buy.

Was told that if I signed up for a Best Buy credit card I would receive a 10% discount, so I did. When the bill came, there was no discount. I called to get it straightened out and was put on hold for well over a half an hour then told I wasn't eligible. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was put on hold and after 5 more minutes, disconnected. I will not be shopping at Best Buy again and will tell all my family and friends about the terrible service and dishonest practices of Best Buy.

it failed on me within 2-3 weeks

I'm a Samsung fan. but they should be doing better with their quality control..

poorly made tv, DO NOT buy geek squad protection

Then geek squad sent ONE person to install a new one and he damaged my furniture and could not mount the tv to the pre-existing wall mount. Cheaply made product and terrible geek squad protection plan!

Best Buy Failed To Deliver Twice So I Cancelled

I was told by the status line that it was out for delivery on the second date, but finally went to the store to find out it never left their shipping dock. I give Best Buy 1 star for processing my cancellation and arranging for my refund.

Great when it worked

It would work for a few days and then completely stopped. I tried two panels and both had the same problem. And whats crazy is that my okder S95B works perfectly with my PC.

GARBAGE AD TV

No solution from geek squad

First Samsung TV

Sound quality was a big reason I purchased this TV. I read numerous forums that said sound quality was great. I have to disagree. Also, why must I turn the sound up to level 35+ to be able to get clear audio for what I am watching? I am replacing a 60 inch Sharp Aquos that I purchased on 12/20/14. That TV has been very good to me over the years and still works flawlessly. The 10 year old Sharp has a refresh rate of 240Hz. This Samsung has a refresh rate of 120Hz. I guess they don't make them like they used to. No equalizer adjustments on the Samsung either. I'm new to Samsung TVs. I'm very open minded about this one. Thanks
