Our 8 year old Samsung 55" developed a vertical black line on the display after I accidentally bonked it with the vacuum cleaner handle, so we needed to replace it. Our living room is bright (large windows with only light filtering shades) so we're happy the picture on this model is high quality even during the day. Glad a local Best Buy store had this model in stock as we didn't want to buy from Amazon and have to deal with shipping it back if any defects. The TV is thin so worried about breaking it but with 2 people we were able to get it safely out of the box and onto our low cabinet; it was well packaged. We use it for streaming and Blu-Rays; so far, we've been using apps on the TV and haven't felt the need to hook up our old Roku. Husband picked this one based on reviews and features (plus the good experience we had with the old Samsung); after purchase, I noticed that the 4KTV subreddit is very anti Samsung apparently due to declining quality control? So, guess time will tell, but for now we love it. Best Buy cut the price on it twice after we bought it, so after the price adjustments we feel like we got a really good deal.

Best TV for the money period. I've done a ton of research and this is the best Tv all around for everything. For games its a bigger margin of better then the rest. Trust me this is the one you want!!!!!!! Perfect for PS5 and X-Box x can't wait till the PS5 pro comes out so I can really see what its all about. Switch 2 will be great too. Can't say enough about how amazing this TV is!!!!

This TV has a great picture quality and is incredibly slim. It is well lit and has a great viewing angle! I mounted it above a fireplace and the picture is perfectly crisp when viewed from the sides or the floor. The Q-symphony feature is nice if you have a Samsung sound bar.

Really dark darks. So bright. Super slim. Great upgrade to OLED.

Very nice! Bright screen and excellent details. We love watching Disney animated features like "Encanto" with the super colors that almost look 3D. Sound is good too.

It's a stunning panel and the 144hz for gaming is incredible. Movies look great. Its bright. The menus slow down for no reason, it drops wifi sometimes, and its voice recognition is atrocious.

Very pleased with this TV. Great picture quality, lots of customization features and just all around one of the best OLED televisions on the market. I can see how this TV keeps getting voted as one of the best OLED values on the market. Fantastic.

Great picture, probably better then my LG c3. Its durable. Looks great in my bedroom. The remote is very simplistic. Thats the way my wife likes it. I dont mind a more complex remote but this one is pretty cool. No batteries, you charge it. Had this for two months and still have never needed a charge.

First time buying an OLED TV and I can't complaint about it. It delivers stunning picture quality with deep black, true colors that elevates my viewing experience. Plus, I got an excellent deal only at Best Buy.

Awesome picture. Easy tv setup. Sales woman did a excellent job going through the differences of the 3 tvs i was looking at.

Great for gaming, movies, you name it. Also nice that it has the Alexa voice assistant build in, nice having this in the living room and my actual echo in the bedroom so I can use Alexa pretty much from everywhere in my home i'd actually spend any extended amount of time. Only negative is the remote, for a smart tv the remote isn't too "smart" or functional.

When first activated the display brightness was very high but was easy to adjust (tone down) for our viewing taste. The TV was easy to set up using the on-screen prompts. Geek Squad was very helpful to unpack, hang on existing wall mount, and ensure the sound was channeled to a receiver (and separate speakers). Thus, no experience with the unit's projected sound. Geek Squad also offered to take the product box and packing materials. They also took our old (heavy) TV, which was well-worth the extra fee.

I was amazed by the picture quality once I started watching movies and tv shows in 4K. You can really tell a difference in scenes that are dark. The blacks really pop. Also, the game mode is top tier for me.

Exceptional television with vibrant, brilliant colors. Its lightweight and slim design facilitates easy installation. The functionality and features are noteworthy. An excellent purchase overall.

There is nothing wrong with the technical aspects of this television, but the Samsung UI here is a major problem. The ads for shows that come on every time you turn on the television is not suitable for Children. Movie ads should not be on the home screen of these devices. No ads should. You can change these things in settings somewhat, but it's still very poor design. The remote doesn't come with an input switch button either, you have to do this from the TV's UI or phone app. I have not found a way to switch inputs from the remote without going back out to the home UI. I would have purchased a LG if I had known how bad the UI would be on this display.

Awesome tv, the blacks are black. Movies and games look fantastic.

Slick design and great picture quality. I’ve bought TVs from Best Buy for years. Hoping this one lasts like my LG.
