We didn't need the mount for the TV which taking it back to get a credit on it was something I don't ever want to go through again.

Turning that to manual considerably lowers the volume. The sound loudness/level is not great, not a deal breaker but you will need a sound-bar.

We also used delivery and setup service which was well worth the money. When they left the WiFi was set up and our dish remote was also set to control the new TV.
