    Samsung OLED TV is not a good buy

    Not happy with this 65" Samsung OLED TV. Purchased July 2023. Worked fine for several months. Then started Screen Optimization several times per day. This turns the set off for 10 minutes each time it optimizes. Later the tv changed to daily optimization, every morning - tv shuts down for 10 minutes to optimize. Contacted Samsung 11/2/23. Emailed back and forth for a month, then they stopped contact. Wrote letter to CEO with no response on 12/4/23. I basically told them I just wanted my money back since they could not fix the tv. This should be optimizing in the background, not shutting us down every day. Not a word from them. To be fair, the picture quality is fantastic - I just don't want my tv shut down every morning. We own 4 Samsung tvs and 2 Samsung soundbars. This will be our last Samsung purchase. My rating would be no stars at all!

    My 14 yr old Samsung died during a packers game... i went with this samsung for the gaming and sports aspects. The perfect television for my room and needs.

    Its the same tv as the previous flagship S95B from Samsung just with a big box store model number. Best screen currently available for an excellent price.

    i'm still adjusting to this TV and learning its operational features. While help from the Geek Squad was beneficial in resolving issues, we were quite annoyed that the TV automatically powered on and off for nearly 10 minutes on several occasions to optimize the color picture before we could watch our preferred programs, This was very disappointing, especially considering the cost of the TV.

    great TV! Hung it on a pull down wall mount with no problem. Sound is fine, but we chose to use a sound bar.

    DO NOT BUY BUBBLES UNDER SCREEN FORM and Peeling

    I had this television for 1.5 months when I noticed what I thought was dust on it. Upon inspection it was a bubble under the tv and I noticed several other bubbles and the top right of the screen covering was pealing. Samsung came to inspect the tv and said it was user damage. I have never damaged the television in any way. How would I cause bubles to form under the screen!?
