    Picture is beyond crystal clear!! OLED technology is brilliant. I sell Cadillac and they use OLED in their infotainment screens.

    The OLED definitely has a very sharp picture. We used to have a NEO QLED, which was nice, but this one is better.

    Best buys customer service is horrendous, baited me into a purchase. Said they would honor ther $1399 holiday sale price 24 hours after the sale was taken down. sent me a Link in email to purchase at full price but was told they would fix the price. been getting bounched around threw 5 employees saying theres no record of the previous online associate approval. Well she sent me the link to purchases it. This is honestly a joke with ur price match and everything. always a issue with best buy. spend two full days dealing with employees and being bounced around. all over a $200 dollar credit. How can you not see what associate sent me the link or previous chat history besides the ones that were after the purchase? Does ur email not link to associates? So much for a deal. Honestly hate doing business with best buy
