Great picture and sound, lousy remote

However we have had issues with the remote, which required Best Buy geek squad to replace. We also have another Samsung TV with a remote that feels like the volume button is about to break off. So imo the newer Samsung remotes aren’t great quality. Otherwise I’d give this tv 5 starts.

I am absolutely blown away by the image quality it delivers! As an avid TV enthusiast, I have seen many high end TVs before, but this one truly stands out. Don’t think about buying it, just do it!

Great picture and the sound's not bad either

Significant improvement over our previous Sony LED 65" TV. Picture was so good my wife noticed and commented which is an indication of the change from our 3 year old Sony. Color did need a bit of adjusting - skins colors were a little 'red' caused by a higher than optimal saturation setting. I suspect the picture quality could be improved further with professional tuning, but we're happy with it. Sound quality is pretty good - most importantly vocals seem pretty clear. The TV, while having a very thin top half (screen only) is much bulkier at the bottom so it won't sit flat against the wall like some of the LG OLEDs. However we have a mount and have to tilt the TV down a bit anyway so not an issue for us
