Unfortunately, after less than a year of owning it the screen protectant started coming off. We cant clean our tv at all because even just using only a microfiber cloth it tries to rub off.

Meets All Expectations!

The total picture and sound quality are excellent! With the purchase promo, we were able to add a Samsung Soundbar and a Samsung Rear Speaker Kit (all compatible}. We now have an excellent surround sound system are are enjoying our programs even more. Samsung’s package instructions consists of a set of pictures, which made the setup more complicated that it had to be. I had to download the manual to be sure that all settings were correct. All in all, this is a good product and the sale price was xattractive, coupled with an interest free financing arrangement! It’s a recommended buy!

Defective?

I have had nothing but problems with the TV. It keeps shutting down, freezing, restarting or the screen saver will randomly turn on. We have already repaired multiple pieces on the inside after it shut down one time and would not turn back on. When it works, it works, but the problems, however random, occur weekly.
