Soud is great and doesnt rattle or make weird noises. It is a super thin tv, so be careful. Menu is easy to navigate. This is the TV to buy right now. Don’t hesitate, you will be satifified.

Had issues with installation and configuration. Didn't get delivery at assigned time. Had no internet when delivered. Had to pay for second visit to help complete install which we had to pay partly for even with buying a new sound bar. Tv is great. Only complaint is that the remote control is too small.

Excellent in bright spaces for an OLED as the display gets very bright. It’s also excellent for watching in dark spaces and the contrast is great with deep blacks. Highly recommended.

The remote did not work at all, charging it only lasted an hour. I called the Geek Squad & they brought a new remote. I just had that problem & now I’m happy with everything.

Missing regular remote.

There is a pop up on the screen every time I turn the TV on. I am unable to remove it without the regular Samsung remote, which was not included. I only got the smart remote, which does not have a number pad, which is required to enter the setup menu.
