I like the product a lot, but, at the store where I picked it up , the manager, not great, I bought an open box marked in Excellent condition whit all accessories include, it did not have the star, his answers was I don’t know, finally he gave me $48.00 discount, the service and the items was not as described

Gaming settings need tweaked but colors are amazing

This is the best Samsung I ever bought picture quality is a perv the colors are outstanding if you’re looking for a great television Samsung is the one.

Almost a year of owning I can say I'm satisfied, if you plan on moving though you should keep the Styrofoam pieces that hold the tv, without it I couldn't imagine moving it again

Pretty darn amazing, especially with the optional Soundbar added in. Our family room is a pretty typical 12' x 18' size, and this 65" OLED fills the room with extraordinary color and wall-vibrating movie theater sound. Could not imagine a better or more desirable fit for our room. Did our own install, no problems except for getting the several HDMI cables into the right ports to support the sound bar. Should note that this is very much a two-person install for the size/weight in lifting. Do not try to do it alone! Looking forward to a number of years with this OLED set!

This TV has a nice picture but I'm not sure that the picture quality exceeds that of the QLED series. I find myself constantly changing the brightness settings to get the right amount of contrast between the light and dark areas depending on the source material (Cable TV vs Streaming Apps)

Bought this as a gift for my husband. He had been eyeing it for a while and absolutely loves it. Picture is amazing, colors are vibrant and bright.

Excellent Television for Gaming. Really Enjoying it and I've never seen anything like it and outstanding performance for the price. The Tizen OS is a little slow and laggy, but not unmanageable.

The jack of all trades tv that pleases all my needs for movies and gaming! With minimal glare, i was worried the area would be too bright but she shines brighter than my future! Also pretty cool i can use true wireless earbuds as speakers for late night movies.

Always had a new up to date tv but this oled smart tv is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!! Looks good , play good and just good..

Best TV I have purchased, period. Quality: Excellent. Picture Clarity: Superb. Super low light glaring. Amazing tv for movies and also gaming.

Great TV, overall. The remote is laggy sometimes. We bought this on an open-box policy that listed as "no defects", but had slight damage to the anti-reflective film on the screen, only noticeable with the TV off. Overall, a great TV. I recommend this as an option for anyone in the market!

First off i want to thank Andrew Fitzgerald at our Harrison location in san Francisco. Great customer service and answering every question fairly and honest. This tv has next level picture and so bright in colorful . Making me re-watch all my blu-ray collection all over again. I listen to people kept it off internet and I got software 1098. If you on the fence climb over and get it especially at this price point.

Picture is phenomenal! Very bright Vs regular OLED. Reason only 4 stars is the TIZEN operating system. Very clunky as other reviewers stated.

Love the picture on this tv. Remote is small, but not as confusing as bigger remotes with so many buttons. Better for us older users.

This is the best tv Ive ever seen. The cleanest panel Ive ever seen. No DSE, no banding, perfect blacks, insane colors and with updated firmware, very accurate. Only downsides, the panel is too thin and will bend, and no dolby vision. Im lucky and dont notice either.
