It worked for 7 weeks and then the blue screen of death. Samsung is currently trying to fix it, not replace. I was hopeful that it would last a bit longer.

Excellent tv

Had an lg c1 that started to have audio issues. Traded in in for the lg c2 and had the same audio problems. Traded it in for the s95b and couldnt be any happier. The picture on this is much brighter. Also no longer had the audio issues i was having with the lg. Can't go wrong with either tv but i think the s95b is better because it gets brighter than the lg does.

Google TV works fairly well as well. Sometimes the OS locks up and it can pause for a moment. This is the biggest detractor to the TV. I wish the operating system ran smoother and didn’t hang up as much. As a TV though it’s image more than makes up for the slow system.

You can check this by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care

TV turns off and on during Playstation5 gameplay!

The picture is amazing and bright, with minimal reflection. But...when I am playing PS5 videogames with 120Hz/VRR, the TV turns itself off and back on. It's not the PS5, that stays on, but the TV turns off, then turns back on again. I checked forums and others have experienced the same thing. It's better when I turn off 120Hz and VRR, but it still sometimes happens, just less often! I first arranged to have the TV exchanged for another S95B, but several things gave me pause: * concerns about experiencing the same problem; * the TV is so thin I worry about bending it just in the course of normal use (I have it on a stand with a post), it is actually TOO thin; * the Tizen interface is sluggish and overly busy; * forced firmware updates from Samsung have nerfed the brightness (and if the TV is connected to the internet, you can't refuse the updates, they happen automatically, even if you've checked the 'Update manually' button), so much that several reviewers have adjusted their ratings downward as a result; * this is Samsung's first QLED, I feel like it's on the 'bleeding' edge, I worry about additional issues popping up. I am exchanging it for an LG G2, I've checked it out and feel much more comfortable with it and its 5 year warranty. I'm glad Samsung is getting into the QLED business (good competition for LG and Sony), I'm going to be looking to see what the next iteration looks like. I just don't think they have it down yet, at least not as far as I am concerned.

voicing out of sync

Owned for 6 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.not as much of a mesmerizing picture as i would of expected like from previous samsung tv's...on some of the older tv's when i watched a movie it looked like a soap opera or they were performing on stage. i could deal without it,but i cannot deal with out of sync voicing.... the voicing does not match its absurd, what could be an excuse for that are you kidding me isnt this suppose to be an OLED product one of the top of the line makes and voicings out of sync...ive checked and seen youtube videos that confirm this
