This TV bring QLED (quantum dot) technology and color with brillant blacks of OLED technology. It is a absolutely draw-dropping to watch anything. Encanto, for example, with all its color and dark scenes with flashes of light, is life-changing.

Fragile and not covered by warranty

Less than 7 months old and unusable. The screen cracked, I guess just by rotating it on the wall mount? Samsung's one year warranty won't cover it. My 5-year best buy protection (ha!) won't either. It would be cheaper to buy a brand new replacement than it would be to repair the one I have. Don't buy this TV unless you have money to burn.

The only down sides are lack of Dolby Vision and DTS passthrough. Otherwise, this is the best TV money can buy

This is the best picture I’ve ever seen on a TV. We also had the geek squad install a SONOS sound bar it sounds amazing like we are in a movie theater. This TV also came with lots of cable channels included. We don’t watch cable much but it was a nice surprise that we have free access to cable channels.

The TV screen is razor thin and the picture quality is amazing. The TV is very bright, so if you have lots of sunlight in your room you don't have to worry about the TV not being bright enough. Just make sure you do the latest software update on the tv. In all Im very happy with my decision of buying this TV.

Upgrading later this year to another provider with fiber optics so will see what that is like. Hopefully will improve.

This one is ultra-thin with amazing color and sound quality. It makes watching anything better! Love the remote with instant access to our streaming channels - one button and we can access Disney, Netflix or Prime. So easy!

Overall good however have had an issue with the tv disconnecting from the internet for no reason. Hope does not continue

Only if you bought this TV, used it for a few days, and have another high-quality TV to compare and use as a reference, you will notice where this panel comes short, and I'll explain. This first Samsung OLED TV has a "feature" that drastically reduces the brightness intensity when white backgrounds and large parts of the screen or content are supposed to be white or very bright. I get it, this is an OLED, and Samsung is trying to avoid warranty claims for screen burn-in before the very short one-year warranty expires, but by doing so, it is severely handicapping this panel via software. Most people buy OLED TVs for the absolute black and the intense saturation of colors, but a TV cannot be able to only look its brightest when a small highlight appears on a scene, and only for a few seconds, before the TV software automatically dims that scene or highlight to avoid pixels burning in. If absolute blacks, beautiful intense colors, and great contrast are important, so it is the ability for a TV to display Bright white backgrounds with sustained intensity and no color hue or grayish tint to avoid the pannel heating up. If you must do that, and then market a product with a store Display Setting, and a home use setting to avoid future problems, then your product is not ready to be retailed yet, and you're deceiving your loyal customers.

If your S95B TV's image is too dim, please try disabling some of the TV's energy efficiency functions, as these will automatically adjust your picture and may cause your screen to appear brighter or darker than preferred. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving > turn off Brightness Optimization, Brightness Reduction, and Motion Lighting
You may also want to try adjusting image settings to improve your picture. Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
1) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
2) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
3) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
4) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.
You can also customize the brightness level of your screen between 0 – 50 to your preference. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings
Please also make sure you’ve got the latest firmware version installed on your TV. You can check this by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
