Really poor performance after a little over a year. It's the only device in our house that has problems with connecting to the wifi, as it's out of warranty will probably have to buy a roku or some other such device. A massive letdown overall.

Bright with impressive colors, and perfect skin tones. My previous tv was a 10 year old Samsung. When I researched the current market offerings, I once again found Samsung to be the best of the best. Highly recommend this OLED, and the Geek Squad too!

Best Buy and Samsung lack of service

TV Samsung 65” OLED Model QN65S95BA### S/N 0E2L3CATA04### Bought Nov 26, 2022 at Stanton Ranch CA Order # 112233047#### After only 14 months after purchase the TV has stopped working, and I am deeply concerned about the quality of this product compared to all my other Samsung TVs (5). I mounted the Samsung OLED TV professionally on an adjustable TV wall mount as shown on Samsung website. To pull out the TV and push back to the wall you can not do it from the side (because of the thin screen) you need to grab from the bottom middle of the TV where it is solid. It seems in doing this that the front panel failure occurred by pressure on the bottom part of the screen causing the TV not to function. I contacted Samsung's customer service many times over the last month and I inquired about warranty and repairing under warranty. Samsung sent a service tech over April 23, 2024 that cost me $ 140.00 and the tech explained that the front panel was causing the TV not to work. The technician said he would write up a report saying that he saw no physical damage to the screen but by pushing the TV back in may have caused this. (I still do not have that report from the tech, Richard at 510-954-4629) I received a quote from the service center stating to repair the TV it would cost me $ 1928.00 and add that to the $ 140.00 I paid. I visited a Best Buy store and spoke to a representative that said “do not mount a samsung oled on the wall as they are supposed to be only on a stand and that's why it failed” I mentioned that Samsung's website mentions the adjustable wall mounts and it does not say anything about “do not wall mount tv!” As a senior citizen on a limited budget, the cost of the repair is outrageous and a significant burden. I kindly request that Samsung review my request and replace this TV or repair under warranty. I believe that a reputable company like Samsung should take responsibility for its products and ensure customer satisfaction. I have always been a strong believer in the Samsung name and your product. THE TV HAS NO FRONT SCREEN DAMAGE AND I DID NOT HIT IT. I look forward to a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter. Please note, that I have been traveling for over 4 months last year and this is one of 5 TVs so the TV use is minimal

Both pictures are amazing but the Samsung is a bit cleaner. I really love it. It took a while to get through the settings but once so got it dialed in… *chefs kiss*

The HDMI e-arc is terrible - cannot find my devices (e.g., Apple TV) drops connections to devices and turns on and off without warning. Contacted Samsung, downloaded new firmware to thumbdrive... and problems got worse. Contacted Samsung and they tell me to unplug the TV, all the devices, wait a minute, etc. over and over again with no change in outcome. 4th Samsung TV, worst by far. Great picture, but doesn't work. Bought new onkyo receiver, 8K HDMI cables thinking it was the peripherals. It's the TV. No help from BB or Samsung.

Remarkable picture

Colors are vivid and bright. Clarity makes everything look like you are there with it no matter what type of show or scene you are watching,

Poor Quality Control

Unfortunately the build quality was not. I went through two S95Bs and both produced a noticeable electrical static sound when turned off. In a quite room it will drive you crazy. The second unit also had a bend in the screen where the bottom center protruded a quarter of an inch from the sides.

Should of got the warranty

Contacted Samsung and they sent another power board but I’m out $140 for the technician to install it. Should of got the warranty from Best Buy.
