My son has certainly enjoyed his Christmas TV and sound bar!! Thank you Best Buy for helping me make my little man so happy!!

Picture is phenomenal. System software is abysmal. So called "PIP" is a joke. "Ambient" mode, which would be incredible as a screen saver, isn't activated for screen saver use. If you can get used to the stumble around in the menus daily routine, the picture will amaze you.

I sent this to Samsung and they cannot help with any compensation or warranty April 30, 2024 Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the Samsung TV I purchased from your store in November 2022. TV Samsung 65” OLED Model QN65S95BA### S/N 0E2L3CATA04### Bought Nov 26, 2022 at Stanton Ranch CA Order # 112233047#### After only 14 months after purchase the TV has stopped working, and I am deeply concerned about the quality of this product compared to all my other Samsung TVs (5). I mounted the Samsung OLED TV professionally on an adjustable TV wall mount as shown on Samsung website. To pull out the TV and push back to the wall you can not do it from the side (because of the thin screen) you need to grab from the bottom middle of the TV where it is solid. It seems in doing this that the front panel failure occurred by pressure on the bottom part of the screen causing the TV not to function. I contacted Samsung's customer service many times over the last month and I inquired about warranty and repairing under warranty. Samsung sent a service tech over April 23, 2024 that cost me $ 140.00 and the tech explained that the front panel was causing the TV not to work. The technician said he would write up a report saying that he saw no physical damage to the screen but by pushing the TV back in may have caused this. (I still do not have that report from the tech, Richard at 510-954-4629) I received a quote from the service center stating to repair the TV it would cost me $ 1928.00 and add that to the $ 140.00 I paid. I visited a Best Buy store and spoke to a representative that said “do not mount a samsung oled on the wall as they are supposed to be only on a stand and that's why it failed” I mentioned that Samsung's website mentions the adjustable wall mounts and it does not say anything about “do not wall mount tv!” As a senior citizen on a limited budget, the cost of the repair is outrageous and a significant burden. I kindly request that Samsung review my request and replace this TV or repair under warranty. I believe that a reputable company like Samsung should take responsibility for its products and ensure customer satisfaction. I have always been a strong believer in the Samsung name and your product. THE TV HAS NO FRONT SCREEN DAMAGE AND I DID NOT HIT IT. I look forward to a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter. Please note, that I have been traveling for over 4 months last year and this is one of 5 TVs so the TV use is minimal

My new 65” TV is the perfect size for my room. Picture is cripsy clear, really lightweight. I have used an 43” LCD tv for the past 15 years and this was an excellent upgrade. We added a Samsung soundbar and subwoofer, to complete the movie like experience in room. Highly recommend.

Amazing tv, almost impossible to get a replacement stand though so make sure you hold on to yours

Whats not to like. My 1st oled and im loving it. I'd have to say the speakers surprised me tho, they're better than I thought coming from a thin tv. And being an oled its just as bright if not a little brighter than my older tv. I definitely would recommend this tv!

The picture is stunning. I've never seen a picture this good. the colors are amazing; some shows look almost 3-D. Total tech installed a mount over my fireplace and set it up. They were just great!! I added a Sonos sound bar and it's like being at the movies...

I purchased the s95b 65 inch for the brightness and the fact that it is the first Samsung Quantum dot oled tv that Samsung made. The only thing that I don't like is that the remote response for the internet is slow but I hope that a update can fix this problem.

All I can say about this TV is WOW! The TV has good clarity and sharpness. BTW: the TV is very thin

Picture and sound are impressive. However, 15 months old and the tv is dead. I’ve been disappointed by Samsung’s reliability for the last time. Estimated repairs $500-800. Never again.

Great TV, but at times can lag. The TV in general is great. Of course like any TV it doesn't have the fastest processor.

This TV is awesome and delivers everything as promised. I absolutely love it. The picture is amazing and with the Bose sound bar it's just about perfect. It's the smartest smart tv I've ever seen.
