Great smart tv, my wife and I love watching movies on it.

We purchased this TV for our great room. We have had 4 Samsung tvs, our favorite brand, but the clarity and color on this new model is crystal clear and incredible. The tv is super thin too, less than 1/2 inch. Very pleased with this purchase.

I’m still learning how to use it and played around with the picture settings. I ended up just going back to factory in the end. Truly enjoy watching TV on this oled. Highly recommend.

This is more of a review of my purchasing experience than the product. The TV itself is great other than the burn-in. I bought this open box (which is ironic because it didn't have a box at all) and I'm guessing it was a display unit because there is a big "SAMSUNG" logo burned into the center of the TV. These are supposed to be resistant to burn-in compared to traditional OLED TVs so I can only imagine how long the screen was left on. It was also missing the remote which was not stated in the listing anywhere and customer service told me I would have to buy my own remote which is about $60-$70 for this particular TV. You'd think this would be an important detail to know before buying. Best Buy told me to return the unit for a refund which I will certainly be doing but having already invested time and money picking this up and having it mounted, this has not been a good experience at all.

Great TV! I just wish it came with it's own custom wall mount. It's pretty thin and delicate.

Great picture and great sound for a TV. I did add the Sonos soundbar and speakers to complete my home theatre. I would recommend this TV. It was rated very high by many rating services. For the price and quality I am very satisfied.

This is the best television that I've ever had, hands down.

Bright colors are where this thing stands out. Navigating menus is complicated and overly difficult. Not having Dolby Vision isn't an issue since it still uses HDR, you just have to set the picture to what you like and it'll still look amazing.

Clear as a bell. Love the optimization feature and usb/ solar remote

Purchased this TV in June 2023 as a splurge, completely broken electrical panel two years later. No help from Best Buy at all and even after verifying that it was a manufacturer hardware failure Samsung’s only offer is a $1400 fix, extremely disappointing and will avoid both of them in the future.

The picture is super bright, and I love the sound from the speakers and sound are great. Living in an apartment a sound bar or sub woofer isn't really ideal but this is just enough to elevate it without being too disturbing.

Beautiful picture, says it all. I use my av system so i have no opinion about the sound.

Unboxed, mounted worked for a week. Green bar appeared after turning on. No surge no reason for the faulty panel just poor quality control id assume. Bestbuy employee’s were rude when I returned it for a new. Huge hassle to move a giant unit thats also so fragile. Cool tv, poor return policy (only 15 days for a 3k tv, is a joke..) and poor quality

I'm very satisfied with my purchase, i recommend this TV
