    So far so good. This TV is amazing. The colors are extremely sharp and clear. The sound (without a sound bar) is also amazing. It sounds like surround sound. Still getting used to the remote, but so far I like it.

    Awesome picture; no problem there,shockingly easy to tip over though..the base sucks for lack of a better word...they could have at least made it to where you could bolt it down. Would not recommend if you have pets over 10lbs or kids still climbing and pulling things ..Ive looked for more secure after market bases, its weird that 90% of bases have tempured glass bases that ypu cant drill through...I finally found a metal base that will hopefully hold this tv that i can modify by drilling through the metal and secure the tv from falling one way or the othet..Ill update once its settled...outside of that...samsung needs to step up in securing an investment like this....the base is not exceptable for this sort of investment...

      Another option for your TV is to wall mount it. The S95B has a VESA map of 300x200mm and would need a wall mount compatible with those measurements.

    The picture is amazing, however, the remote and UI really needs improvement. I replaced the solar remote with the older Samsung Universal remote and the UI interface really needs to be simpler and less laggy. LG's OS and remote is way better.

    This picture is beautiful and clarity is amazing. We also purchased a sound bar which I would recommend. Grateful for the job the Geeks did installing the tv, wall mount and sound system. Would buy this tv again.

    This tv provides a phenomenal picture when compared to the very old tv it replaced. Nervous about the oled as it is samsungs first go at it in tv but so far so good

    Picture and sound great but the TV keeps turning off by itself for no reason. Turn back on and turns off again. So frustrating when I’m in the middle of a show and it shuts off. Only had this TV about a month. Not sure if I’m just going to exchange or just return for LG instead. I’m so disappointed.

      It’s unfortunate to hear your S95B TV is turning off by itself. Please try a few troubleshooting steps that may help solve the issue:

      1. Unplug the TV from the wall outlet or surge protector and leave it unplugged for 30 seconds.
      2. Check the power cord to see if there is any visible damage.
      3. Plug the TV power cord back into the wall outlet. If you were using a surge protector, bypass it for now and use a wall outlet.
      4. Try to update the software. In some cases, a software update can correct the problem. There is a risk, however. If the TV turns off during the software update, it could damage the TV. Updates can take up to 30 minutes depending on network speed, so if the TV is not turning off too frequently, try updating the software.

      If the TV continues to turn off by itself, please call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week. Our LiveChat agents are also available by clicking on the ‘Support’ link on our website.

    Never buy “Open Box” items from Best Buy!

    The S95B worked, but it was missing the whole stand!! I bought an “Open Box”, and later when I got home, found out it didn’t have the stand included! I had to order one, second hand off eBay.

    Amazing picture! absolutely love this TV also barely any glare on the screen during the day I will say that they need to update the tv so things run a lil faster and smoother but other than that I love it

    Picture quality is fantastic, for both movies and gaming. Even regular cable looks much better. The sound is extremely good for TV speakers. The TV does seam extremely fragile. If anyone looking for an OLED i would highly recommend this.

    Love my new Samsung TV. I’ve had a Samsung TV for 20 years before I had to replace it. I’m so glad I bought this TV with sound bar. Best picture, best sound. Geek squad mounted it in the wall. Great idea.
