The Home button which is the smart Hub will not work on the tv. as a software issue. I had to call Samsung for support and Samsung will send a tech in three business days to troubleshoot, repair or replace. This TV. look fantastic, impressive for about 8 months. Not my experience with other Samsung TVs. in the past before oled.

Quick Review: This TV has a lot of good going for it but it takes more than it should at this price point to get there. - -1 star: remote - -1 star: overall engineering - -1 star: Tizen Lost my Sony A9G to a lightning storm, current A9J is a 2021 model and after research and reading reviews I opted to for the Samsung 65” S95B. Here are some reasons I removed some stars: • -1 Star: Digital services may come and go however TV hardware inputs are forever. The minimalist Samsung remote has sponsored streaming services like Prime and Disney+ but it takes too button clicks to access the HDMI inputs (menu, arrow over, select this, click that). Samsung tried really hard to make this an inconvenience • -1 Star: TV is flimsy to the point where it has a minor bend to the screen. I am not the first to mention this in a review but I’ll mention just how flimsy the tabletop stand is. For the rare few of you that will use the stand assembly will leave you frustrated and asking how does an expensive TV come with such a poorly designed stand. • -1 Star: Everything now has sponsored results show before what you are actually searching for, this TV’s operating system is no exception. Even if you create shortcuts for HDMI inputs or alternative streaming services you are not able to place them in front of Samsung’s sponsored content adding an additional (or several) button clicks to access what you are looking for. Samsung does not understand their clients and those willing to purchase a TV at this price point do not want to continuously be reminded of sponsored movies, streaming services, etc.. Settings you will want to change to make this picture descent, or at least resemble that of what an OLED should look like. After all you paid for an OLED the image should look like it however I have noticed that the TV will still set the picture depending on source. Even after changing image settings below and setting to “all sources” the TV will still randomly change picture settings depending on the app, for instance watching 4K on the Prime app will automatically change the picture to FilmMaker mode, I didn’t ask it to change and there is no way to change it back because when you click Menu it pauses the program and changes back into the previous picture mode. Under Picture expert mode: • Turn Off Intelligent Mode – It is anything but intelligent unless you like eye fatigue and bias blue • Dynamic Contrast – OFF • Color Space – Warm1 • Saturation - Level 5 • Brightness enhancement – Low Under General -> Power: • Leave automatic brightness on but lower setting to 25 • Turn off everything else

We did a bit of research on our own before getting a free in home consultation. We’re very pleased with our 65”Samsung TV & sound bar system.

great product. fair price. great customer service. really like the solar recharging remote but the buttons are a bit hard to find in low light

Great picture good quality. So vivid and crisp. Amazing. Use with a Donos surround sound and Sonos Beach. Dolby Atmos.

Bought this because its the brightest Oled out there. My only complaint is it still shows bad reflections in dark scenes. Seems like there is no getting around that with an Oled.

One of the best tvs this year hands down, coming from lg and sony oleds.

Might be the best picture I’ve seen on a tv! Many apps already loaded. Set up easy. A little more than I wanted to spend but so happy I did

Fantastic TV! Great picture with amazing contrast ratio. It beats QLED or LED technology by a mile. No reason to think twice- just get it.

Of all the TVs I’ve ever owned, dating back to the 80s…this is by far the worst. It consistently scrolls on its own to the point choosing a channel or app is like a game of whack a mole. The TV itself is built on its picture, which goes in and out constantly. The remote quits out of nowhere. Do not waste a penny on this

No issues with my Best Buy team. They were excellent. BUT I spent alot of money for this TV and it has failed at 2 years old. It feels like Samsung stole from me! Won't ever splurge on a TV again. This bit me in the butt!

Love the picture and sound quality on this TV. Just wish the delivery guys would have unboxed it and put the stand on it, all they did was drop it off inside my door.

Best picture I have ever had on a tv, they could have put a better speaker system in it though. The picture and the colors are great.

Blackout on me. first week I got it, it blackout!! Happened again and now it's driving me nuts! Call bestbuy they're no help, told me contact Samsung!! Thank u bestbuy paying 2k on my first tv for it not to work Quality and stuff for the tv is great but yeh if it don't work that don't even matter

The 65” size is perfect, the colors and audio are excellent. A great TV for a good price, Samsung quality is second to none.
