I had to call Samsung for support and Samsung will send a tech in three business days to troubleshoot, repair or replace. This TV. look fantastic, impressive for about 8 months. Not my experience with other Samsung TVs. in the past before oled.

Best Oled for brightness

My only complaint is it still shows bad reflections in dark scenes. Seems like there is no getting around that with an Oled.

No help from Best Buy at all and even after verifying that it was a manufacturer hardware failure Samsung’s only offer is a $1400 fix, extremely disappointing and will avoid both of them in the future.

It consistently scrolls on its own to the point choosing a channel or app is like a game of whack a mole. The TV itself is built on its picture, which goes in and out constantly. The remote quits out of nowhere. Do not waste a penny on this
