To assist you in learning the various features, functions, and settings of your TV and remote, you can download the S95B TV's User Manual, e-Manual, Remote Control Leaflet, and Quick Setup Guide on Samsung's website under Support (top right corner) > Manuals & Software > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can select the S95B under OLED TVs. The e-Manual is also embedded into the TV itself under Menu > Settings > Support > Open e-Manual.

Under Samsung warranty and good luck getting through to them. After weeks and multiple calls and demanding a refund, they agreed to an exchange at Best Buy. We exchanged for an LG. No more Samsungs for us.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I own the LG C1 65 along side the S95B so I was able to compare them apples to apples with the same exact content. Despite calibrating the Samsung and using Film Maker mode, it simply looks worse than my LG C1 with Dolby Vision. I play Netflix and Disney plus with the same HDR content side by side and the C1 clearly looks better. Trust me, I Googled, calibrated, and fiddled. The C1 straight up looks better, especially the blacks. I was very disappointed because it didn't live up to the hype. Yes it feels somewhat brighter but not by much and again, without Dolby Vision, it looks worse than the C1. I returned it and got a C2 which is better all around. The other downside to the S95B is the build quality. The plastic back pieces snap in very cheaply and don't seem to work well. Also the front bottom border of the screen has this plastic shiny bumpy looking bezel that just looks cheap and bad. LG is overall better build quality.
