Terrible remote!!!

Set does not allow for it. We had to use the stand mount, ok, but not as good as the wall bracket we had. We will be keeping it for sure. Paired with 930D soundbar

Lesson learned the hard way
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this from Samsung on a Black Friday special, but I was able to pick it up at Best Buy. It was a Christmas gift that wasn't set up until New Year Eve. The set up was straightforward and the picture was great. Unfortunately the set malfunctioned after a few hours use and that was the start of the nightmare. Contacting Samsung service was quite difficult. I had to enter a detailed description of the problem at least five time. I was then contacted by phone call that was very hard to hear and understand. I did provide a video of the problem and was told I would be sent a link for the next step. The link did not work at first and it took many attempts to finally work. After entering a detained description of the problem once more I was told I would be contacted for a repair appointment. Two days later I was informed Samsung did not offer repair services in my area and my issue would be turned over another department for replacement or refund. Once again I had to submit repeated information which resulted in another message that said I would be contacted by phone. Two days later I got a call and was told a refund was my only option as Samsung would not ship to my area. Strange because Samsung offered me the option to ship the original order. I filled out another form and submitted and received a message I was finished and could wait on my refund. The next day I got a message requesting the same information I had previously submitted. I reluctantly returned the form and the next day received a message asking me how I desired the refund to be made. I had previously answered that question, but one more time I replied. Hopefully I will receive it soon. I wish I had purchased the S95D from Best Buy directly instead of Samsung. I think I got a lemon. I still want the S95D but the price has gone up and Samsung could not offer me any remedy to obtain one with the same price I paid. Samsung your customer service needs improvement!

Eh... not bad.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased the TV through Samsung, directly. For the price-point, I think the TV is not amazing. The OneConnect box is kind of nice to have. The anti glare screen is interesting, but also looks like its lit-up when there is a light above the TV (not directly above it). The quality is ok, nothing mind blowing. I think the s90d may be a better choice.

Broke twice in first two uses
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This TV broke twice before I could even take the protective film off the screen so I’ve never actually been able to use it. It originally arrived broken. Samsung eventually fixed it but it broke again the very next time I used it. Samsung reassured me that they would send me a brand new tv but even after over a month of waiting, they somehow can’t find another unit of their flagship television to send me. They are now offering that I either wait indefinitely for a replacement or accept a store credit, but the store credit is only enough to cover half the cost of the new TV. Samsung said they can’t find me a replacement TV but suggested I buy a new one from their online store. I’m not sure why they can’t just send me a new one if they have them in inventory available to purchase. These things happen sometimes but customer service can be the difference between 5 stars and 1 star. Even a single star here is generous since I’ve never actually been able to use it once.
