    We felt it was too big/too heavy/ and too expensive so we returned this item. We will purchase another TV

    Your guy was abrapt and told me he could not spend any more time with me, even though he help other people during the time I was there (a total of 20 minutes) within one hour after I left my problem was back again In short, I am still facing the same problem Isue not solved

    Had trouble with the 1st one. Speaers would pop on tv at times. If using just sound bar no problems. Best Buy replaced it and no problems now.

    Customer service was terrible,guys that delivered were terrible,im not impressed by this tv 100 %,the design could be much better especially for the price,i called and tried to get help by calling but no help,they said that i needed to pay more money to take the tv out of the box because im handicapped, all i needed was it taken out of the box and set on the table not hooked up bht they could not do it ,so i will not spend any more money at best buy ever again,Then on top of that i had to wait seven days for it to be delivered with terrible customer service and they dont work for best buy,then they pretend not to speak any english,like i said terrible customer service.they might not work for bestbuy directly but they represent the company when they deliver,terrible,terrible,terrible....tried calling the manager at the store but they said that i could not talk to her that she was to busy...terrible customer service...

    no one connect box, difficult to locate a compatible one and samsung told me they do not manufacture the one connect box for this unit. So it is mainly an expensive paper weight now. no way to plug it at all.

    No Audio out from One Connect Box

    TV is great, One Connect Box is not. Getting no audio out of the One Connect Box. It didn't work out of the box. Samsung Tech Support does not have service technicians that will provide service in my area, so they are offering a refund. They won't just ship me another One Connect Box as a first step to see if that fixes the problem. Maybe Sony has better support???

    I really wanted to love this TV. However, within a day the TV started muting itself every 10 seconds . On and off on and off. Factory reset did not fix it. Samsung support says it’s a defective TV most likely. Barely had the TV for 24 hours before it started having issues. The picture is amazing. So I would recommend the TV despite my having a defective TV.

      I apologize for the inconveniences you have had with the inconsistent sound volume.

      The Auto Volume function automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume = On

      You may also want to perform a Sound Test under Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Sound Test
