    Purchased the TV through Samsung, directly. For the price-point, I think the TV is not amazing. The OneConnect box is kind of nice to have. The anti glare screen is interesting, but also looks like its lit-up when there is a light above the TV (not directly above it). The quality is ok, nothing mind blowing. I think the s90d may be a better choice.

    Broke twice in first two uses

    This TV broke twice before I could even take the protective film off the screen so I’ve never actually been able to use it. It originally arrived broken. Samsung eventually fixed it but it broke again the very next time I used it. Samsung reassured me that they would send me a brand new tv but even after over a month of waiting, they somehow can’t find another unit of their flagship television to send me. They are now offering that I either wait indefinitely for a replacement or accept a store credit, but the store credit is only enough to cover half the cost of the new TV. Samsung said they can’t find me a replacement TV but suggested I buy a new one from their online store. I’m not sure why they can’t just send me a new one if they have them in inventory available to purchase. These things happen sometimes but customer service can be the difference between 5 stars and 1 star. Even a single star here is generous since I’ve never actually been able to use it once.
