For that reason i am giving 4 stars

It has a great controller and I would recommend this TV to others and this TV has a box that everything plugs into instead of plugging into the back of the TV, which is definitely different than anything I’ve seen before so far the TV has been great

I usually pair TV’s with a soundbar but the built in one is very adequate for a large room. I have the s95 in my family room and the s90 in a bedroom. The difference in picture quality is noticeable, but both the S95 and s90 have such good quality that most people wouldn’t notice the difference when casually viewing

My tv faces a large picture window facing the west sun. The picture quality is great, no glare. But, I’ve gone through the settings on this tv over and over and the volume is out of control. It bursts into overly loud moments for a few seconds off and on. Its awful. I wish i could return it and get a different tv.

We appreciate you sharing details of the dimming issue you’ve experienced on your TV. Please try disabling some of the TV's energy efficiency functions, as these will automatically adjust your picture and may cause your screen to appear brighter or darker than preferred.
Check to see if Contrast Enhancer has been enabled. This setting automatically adjusts your TV's brightness so the difference between bright and dark areas is not excessive. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Contrast Enhancer
If Contrast Enhancer hasn’t been enabled, please see if Brightness Optimization, Brightness Reduction, or Motion Lighting have been enabled and disable them.
- Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving > turn off Brightness Optimization, Brightness Reduction, and Motion Lighting
Please also be sure your TV’s firmware is up to date with the latest version. You can check this by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now

As we were trying to decide which model, we walked past this one and were blow away with the Matte screen producing full HDR color without any loss of brightness. This TV is perfect for any location that is full of lights that would normally reflect and reduce visibly. Great TV

I have had this TV for 5+ months now, and it remains a joy to watch Movies/TV shows etc on it. During early evening, I have direct sunlight hitting the screen absolutely ZERO glare. You will have to take the time to get the settings correct (use rtings.com as a cheat code). Tweak them a bit and you will be very happy.

After much research I decided on this model as I was concerned about eye health. I had Samsung's Neo QLed previously and found it caused eye strain. The picture far exceeded my expectations. It really is a joy to watch. I also like the Samsung OS, makes navigating easy. Highly recommend.
