I had to buy an Apple TV addon which doesn't work and continually locks down. This added to the already high costs. On the plus side, the matte screen is wonderful because there are a lot of windows in my living room.

My s95f had a possible issue with the processor per Best Buy. If not for that this tv would have made me very happy. I do recommend it despite my experience.

Games feel super smooth at one-hundred sixty-five frames. Smart chip makes it all look great. Sound’s alright, but a soundbar’s better. Pricey, but I’m happy!

Well it was broken when the Geeks detected it!!! they ordered a replacement for 2 week delivery!! Finally arrived, the Geeks proceeded with the installment and VOILA

We had to call and received a very unsympathetic non-answer. The tv itself has settings we’re still trying to figure out to get the best picture/sound. Seems each movie requires adjusting & AI isn’t an automatic fix. I suspect movies will have to catch up with the tv to get the most for the $. For now I’d say BUY ON SALE. I just don’t think it’s worth the price tag.

We appreciate your input on the picture quality of Samsung’s S95F TV. If the image isn’t meeting your expectations, there are several adjustments you can make to improve your viewing experience.
First, please ensure your TV is running the latest firmware, as updates may include important picture quality enhancements. Go to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
Then, select a Picture Mode that best fits your environment: Home > Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
1. Standard – Default mode for general viewing
2. Dynamic – Brighter and clearer in well-lit rooms
3. Eco – Optimized for energy saving
4. Movie – Best for watching in dark environments
5. Filmmaker Mode – Preserves content exactly as intended by creators
You can also enhance your experience by enabling AI Mode, which automatically adjusts picture and sound based on your surroundings and usage patterns: Settings > All Settings > Advanced Features > AI Mode Settings > AI Mode

These gentlemen were positively awesome. Did a perfect job and we are very happy. Our entie experience with Best Buy was the BEST.
