But it turns out streaming Spotify and the lyrics or photos of the artists is even better than that. Super happy with the TV. It's been a month since I bought it. Installed myself with the help of a friend to hang it. Took about an hour or two total. But if you aren't handy and don't have a laser level, you might want to pay for the install.

Great TV but Horrible Remote

The Bluetooth remote is junk. It doesn't work with a frame on the TV. Samsung knows it's an issue, but won't do anything about it. I've been through 4 different remotes. They work for a few months before the bluetooth function stops working. I just have to use the TV without a frame on it because of the remote issue.

In addition to using the remote to power off The Frame TV, you can also turn it off 2 other ways:
1. Using the TV Controller button, which is located on the bottom right corner of the TV. Press the button to move through each option, and press and hold to select.
2. Using handsfree Alexa or Bixby will allow you to simply command either voice assistant to turn off your TV.

Samsung frame subscription added cost

Samsung frame subscription is an added cost for this feature which is not usually advertised.

We love the option for it to just look like artwork in our home. We were not excited about the fact that the Actual frames have to be purchased separate from the TV and were not available at the store. Also in order to really have a variety of pictures we had to pay (we chose the $40annual option instead of $4.99 a month). Our rating would have been a 5 if it were not for the frames (the actual name of the TV) being separate.
