The Frame is awesome. Lots of compliments and we love seeing one of our favorite pictures instead of a giant black screen in our living room. The sound is much better than we expected, you don't need a sound bar. Installation through Best Buy was fantastic. The set up the remote and walk you through its use. You have to order a separate cable if you want to run it through the wall. The cable that it comes with is not rated to be within the walls. Deco TV Frames have a huge selection of other frames for The Frame and the quality is fantastic. installs in 3 minutes.

I love the TV. The picture is great, the no glare screen is amazing, the art mode is awesome. The Bluetooth remote is junk. It doesn't work with a frame on the TV. Samsung knows it's an issue, but won't do anything about it. I've been through 4 different remotes. They work for a few months before the bluetooth function stops working. I just have to use the TV without a frame on it because of the remote issue.

Love this TV. I thought the art mode would be my favorite. But it turns out streaming Spotify and the lyrics or photos of the artists is even better than that. Super happy with the TV. It's been a month since I bought it. Installed myself with the help of a friend to hang it. Took about an hour or two total. But if you aren't handy and don't have a laser level, you might want to pay for the install.

This TV is gorgeous. It stands out in the living room. The quality is also good. However, you need to set the expectation right because this TV can also be used as a picture frame.

Only worth it if using it for pictures when not watching tv, else better of getting a regular tv. Samsung frame subscription is an added cost for this feature which is not usually advertised.

I love my new Samsung Frame 65-inch TV! The picture quality is amazing, the sound is crisp and clear, and the design is sleek and elegant. It blends in perfectly with my living room decor, and I can switch between different artworks or photos when I'm not watching anything. It's like having a gallery in my home.

Samsung Frame TVs are uncomparable to anything else on the market. They are beautiful, reliable, and a compliment to any room. I hate the ugly look of regular TVs...so much, that I removed all of them in our whole home except for one Frame in the living room. The backgrounds you can purchase are great and the WiFi/tech built in is amazing. Slightly challenging to hang these suckers, as I've installed around a dozen of them, but the finished product is well worth the efforts. FWIW it can take half a day to a full day for a single TV install. Of course, if you're installing 3-4 at one location the last one takes a fraction of the time but the first one always takes the longest. I'm not trying to throw shade on the TVs because of the install (and ways you'll need to figure out how you can hide the brain) but just making you aware of the time commitment for installs. Hiding the brain is best behind the TVs in a recessed cavity...the remote control works through the screen. I wonder about heat with the brain in the cavity but it hasn't been an issue so far. Stop reading reviews and get a Frame!

Stunning picture and easy to set up. Software with controller is also easy to use to jump to apps, art and settings.
