We love the option for it to just look like artwork in our home. We were not excited about the fact that the Actual frames have to be purchased separate from the TV and were not available at the store. Also in order to really have a variety of pictures we had to pay (we chose the $40annual option instead of $4.99 a month). Our rating would have been a 5 if it were not for the frames (the actual name of the TV) being separate.

Never had any issues with streaming apps, and even the game mode which lets you stream Xbox rarely lags. Picture and frame rate is fantastic I do not feel like I lost any value getting this over an OLED.

I haven’t yet decided on getting a sound bar, but the TV’s sound is pretty good and may not need enhancing. Being able to display artwork is a great feature. The Best Buy consultant recommended using a better wall mount than the one that comes with the TV, so you may want to consider that.

My only complaint when purchasing the TV from BB was it was an open box in "excellent" condition. This TV wasn't in excellent condition. Realized when I got home...The feet for the TV were missing and so was the remote. I had NO help from the workers in the Culver City location. They said "we don't have remotes sitting around we can just give you". I had to purchase a wall mount and a remote for the TV.

Please know you can download The Frame TV's User Manual, e-Manual, Remote Control Leaflet, and Quick Setup Guide on Samsung's website under Support (top right corner) > Manuals & Software > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can select The Frame TV under Lifestyle TVs > B Model Lineup to download the guides you would like. The e-Manual is also embedded into the TV itself under Menu > Settings > Support > Open e-Manual.

It also has a solar panel to recharge the remote control and a USB-c to charge the remote control. The colors are so realistic both during a bright sunny living room day or a darker night movie.

Great aesthetics with matching bezel. The pictures are great especially when you add a subscription. Be sure to add in-wall connection and installation from the pros at the Geek Squad for a clean and professional look!

Picture is great and it's easy to hang. Sound quality is also solid for no sound bar and connects well to the Chromecast. The Samsung UI isn't bad for a smart TV though. Only complaint is the fact you have to buy a membership for the background paintings and the $200 price tag for extra frames. Other than that, love the TV.

Picture quality is awesome. Gaming is great as well. Comes with multiple streaming services with good refresh rate and no delay in control. Highly recommend this.
