Samsung Frame TVs are uncomparable to anything else on the market. They are beautiful, reliable, and a compliment to any room. I hate the ugly look of regular TVs...so much, that I removed all of them in our whole home except for one Frame in the living room. The backgrounds you can purchase are great and the WiFi/tech built in is amazing. Slightly challenging to hang these suckers, as I've installed around a dozen of them, but the finished product is well worth the efforts. FWIW it can take half a day to a full day for a single TV install. Of course, if you're installing 3-4 at one location the last one takes a fraction of the time but the first one always takes the longest. I'm not trying to throw shade on the TVs because of the install (and ways you'll need to figure out how you can hide the brain) but just making you aware of the time commitment for installs. Hiding the brain is best behind the TVs in a recessed cavity...the remote control works through the screen. I wonder about heat with the brain in the cavity but it hasn't been an issue so far. Stop reading reviews and get a Frame!

Excellent picture and love that it doesn't look like a TV hanging on the wall but an actual picture when off!

This TV is STUNNING! My only complaint when purchasing the TV from BB was it was an open box in "excellent" condition. This TV wasn't in excellent condition. Realized when I got home...The feet for the TV were missing and so was the remote. I had NO help from the workers in the Culver City location. They said "we don't have remotes sitting around we can just give you". I had to purchase a wall mount and a remote for the TV.

Love this TV, the art mode is fantastic and always surprises friends when it turns into a tv. Never had any issues with streaming apps, and even the game mode which lets you stream Xbox rarely lags. Picture and frame rate is fantastic I do not feel like I lost any value getting this over an OLED.

The clarity, vibrant color and depth of the picture are outstanding . I haven’t yet decided on getting a sound bar, but the TV’s sound is pretty good and may not need enhancing. Being able to display artwork is a great feature. The Best Buy consultant recommended using a better wall mount than the one that comes with the TV, so you may want to consider that.

I just love the no glare reflection on my Frame TV and and how it becomes a big Framed photo. It also has a solar panel to recharge the remote control and a USB-c to charge the remote control. The colors are so realistic both during a bright sunny living room day or a darker night movie.

Love the TV, perfectly snug against the wall. Picture is great and it's easy to hang. Sound quality is also solid for no sound bar and connects well to the Chromecast. The Samsung UI isn't bad for a smart TV though. Only complaint is the fact you have to buy a membership for the background paintings and the $200 price tag for extra frames. Other than that, love the TV.

This is a great upgrade to your home our office. Great aesthetics with matching bezel. The pictures are great especially when you add a subscription. Be sure to add in-wall connection and installation from the pros at the Geek Squad for a clean and professional look!

I love this tv! First time I selected a tv for myself.Still figuring out some options. It is worth my money.

While we purchased the TV for its unique art show presentation, the TV is better than expected with beautiful picture, the ability to show the art on a slide show and even stream music from a phone while the slideshow is playing on the TV

It is such a pleasure to walk into my home and see world-class art displayed!The new matte screen highlights the textures and colors of the artworks! The art is truly beautiful, but the quality of the picture when watching TV is equally as rich! This is a purchase I saved for and it was worth it!

Bought the in wall rotating mount with this and everyone thinks it is a real feamed picture until we rotate it. Picture quality is awesome. Gaming is great as well. Comes with multiple streaming services with good refresh rate and no delay in control. Highly recommend this.
