The Frame TV has been great so far. Good picture and no problems with picture.

This product is beautiful, however I already had warranty come replace it once and basically these TVs cannot have a straight black screen. I’m assuming the lights beneath the surface can get damaged… by the installers? Or from the factory, but you’ll never notice during the day time, but at night the screen will have discolored portions when on a dark image. Maybe this is just part of how this Tv works, and it’s a beautiful Tv and love the bezel frame. Just, for how expensive it is, I’d expect perfection. Still love this Tv and highly recommend but if you’re attentive to late night TV quality you may notice some lighter spots on screen. Don’t know if this is ever correctable

Excellent TV. When in "Art mode" it looks very convincing except when the room is dark. As a regular TV the picture quality is great and the matte screen finish does a great job of reducing glare

Great and beautiful tv. Picture quality when viewing content is great; gaming is awesome; and the matte screen makes it so that there’s never any glare. As an art piece — you can’t ask for more.

It's a whole lot better than looking at a black screen, but the free art is quite limited. The picture is very good. Definitely needed the soundbar, as the built in speakers are not good for music. A real splurge though. If you just want a good TV, you can do just as good for a whole lot less.

I love this frame tv! I did use my credit card in the Daytona Beach store and it was used fraudulently the next day so keep your eyes on your credit card at all times!

Great Quality, clear images, sound is great without additional speakers/sound bars. Only con is that the wiring was too thick to place in conduit and needed an adapter to resolve.

When this TV was new, I had no complaints: great picture, quality sound, etc. However, at less than two years old, it's already developed a partial "black-out" on the right side of the screen and for the last few months, some of the features don't always work. Another TV I bought at the same time has none of those issues.

Te quality of the image in this tv is spectacular, sound is overall good but definitely pairs well with my Sonos

Fantastic television! We used the mount that comes with the television and it literally looks like art on the wall. I reduced the brightness to the "Art" mode, and sometimes I forget that its even a television. Also, the rotating art is really nice. With the holidays, its been putting up festive art which brings our living room alive.

Saw this at a family gathering and just had to have it. Love the options (including putting your own photos on it). We 'played' and put 3 pics of our grandson on the screen for his birthday...he (5 years old) thought it was so cool. Oh, and the TV is amazing too!

I’ve always purchased Samsung TVs for their longevity; however, this model only lasted us a little over two years with no warranty coverage due to the age. I’ve researched online and have heard The Frame models tend to have early display issues. I would advise getting an extended warranty if you want this model. It is a fantastic display when it works.

We just love how we no longer have to see this big black thing whenever the TV is off. 4K looks great. Samsung’s inter connectivity to other inputs, Google Home…all just super convenient and appreciated.

I had it mounted in my living room. The optical wire is very thin but still visible so I had to hide it behind a flower pot. I turned on the art mode and had few guests over. None of them were able to identify that it was a TV. Amazing technology, happy with the TV.

I can’t say enough about the quality and coloring and clearly. What a great television and I got it at a great price as well
