I'm having a learning curve issue with the solar remote. I can't get to pictures to change the one i have and it does not shut off. I'll get there eventually.

My husband says I have more fun changing the art then watching tv. Very easy and intuitive. SO surprise actually comes with TV channels, and all the apps so you can easily use your streaming subscriptions. Our old TV was over 17 years old, the set up and use of this was seamless. We have this on the wall in our living room, one wall is windows, no issues with reflection, or watching at an angle from anywhere in the room, at any time of day.

Nice picture, but need feature help

Specifically the auto sleep and wake up. I cannot get them to work at this time. Need to reach out to Samsung for help.

Screen broken after 2.5 years

I’ve researched online and have heard The Frame models tend to have early display issues. I would advise getting an extended warranty if you want this model. It is a fantastic display when it works.
