Called Samsung but they couldnt fix it so they worked with Best Buy to solve my issue. Best Buy actually brought me a new TV to the room in my house and picked up the broken one. You cant ask for better customer service.

It is absolutely 100% antireflective and glare free, making it perfect for our current room lighting. There are absolutely no collections in any portion of the screen with any of our current lighting in the background including natural light. The colors are rich in saturated with incredibly sharp images. This is absolutely a good buy for the money all the way around.

Had some issues with sound getting out of sync a few times and there is general lag when navigating round the home page to switch between apps which can frustrating as our previous Samsung tv was only 1/3 of the price of this but was much better in this area. Overall a good tv but was expecting better for the price

We appreciate your feedback on the response time, and for optimal performance, we ask that you please ensure you've got the latest firmware version installed on your Frame TV. You can check this by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care
This could possibly be a source issue, but if you’re hearing an audio delay across all sources/channels and you have a receiver, soundbar, or other speakers connected to your TV, you can access the Audio Delay settings to increase the audio delay. Go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Delay
Our 2022 TVs also have an audio Pass-Through feature, which allows the audio signal to be sent out unprocessed to an external soundbar or receiver connected to the TV. The external device then processes the audio, thereby eliminating the added step of processing by the TV, which adds delay.
On your TV, go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Audio Output Format > Pass-Through
