I purchased this because of the low profile form factor and because of the matte surface and am very pleased. The picture is fantastic and the glare rejection is great. My only complaint is all of the stupid smooth cinema crap that most manufacturers are putting on TVs to see days. I have all of that off and love the TV

Please know you can download The Frame TV's User Manual, e-Manual, Remote Control Leaflet, and Quick Setup Guide on Samsung's website under Support (top right corner) > Manuals & Software > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can select The Frame TV under Lifestyle TVs > B Model Lineup to download the guides you would like. The e-Manual is also embedded into the TV itself under Menu > Settings > Support > Open e-Manual.
