    We were able to mount the tv to the wall ourselves. Step by step instructions felt a bit tedious. Found great visual video instructions on YouTube. Our television is in a room. Television does produce some heat and noticeably effects room temperature. I appreciate the matte screen and makes it easier on my eyes to watch.

      We appreciate you sharing your setup experience with The Frame TV. Watching TV for an extended period of time causes the panel to generate heat. The heat from the panel is dissipated through internal vents running along the top of the TV. The bottom, however, may feel hot to the touch after extended use. This heat, however, is not a defect and does not affect the TV's functionality.

    Since our living room had lots of light, i was looking for a TV with lesser reflection. Frame TV seemed like a good option. Tgis TV exceeded expectation. Absolutely no reflection and we can enjoy TV any time of the day or night. Also the art frame is really great.

    I really cannot give it a bad review. I had to give it a 5 star. This is more about knowledge. No one advised us about a black box which has to be near the frame TV. I like the ideal of the frame tv but you have to be proactive in installer this type of tv. So we decided to take it back to best buy and buy another non frame TV. At least I saved money!

    This TV is very nice. It's very thin and with an after market picture frame on it, it looks like an actual piece of art hanging on the wall. This is my second frame TV, and I would buy it again.

    We bought The Frame with the intention to keep our living room free of electronics, we didn't want a bulky tv so decided to pay a bit more for a tv that would fit perfect into our decor. And it does! it is just slim, looks like an art piece, we love it!

    I bought the tv to be a picture frame firstly and thought it would be an ok tv to watch movies, shows and sports etc. I have been a Sony tv guy for more than 25 years. I have their 4K projector, multiple other Sony models as TVs and would have bought a Sony “frame” like tv if they offered such a thing. Well I am converted. I bought 3 more frame TVs. It is an amazing TV to watch sports and movies on… and again it is an awesome piece of art. The non-reflective screen is amazing. I have these in rooms with lots of chandeliers and windows… no glare at all. I’m can’t highly recommend this tv enough. The Tizen interface too a little getting use to coming from Apple TVs… but the clean look is worth it.

    The TV is very elegant in design and looks fantastic hanging. The very thin connect cable is a nice feature to hide all your cable boxes and lines. The only downside I found was the mount was difficult but once up it hugs the wall tight and looks great.

    The TV is great if you want your tv to look like a pieces of art The design and functionality is superb It looks flushed to the wall with no wires connected The picture is fair however it in not perfect to watch sports or Games
