    We love our new television. It truly elevates the style of the room when you don’t want the look of a big black screen taking up the wall. We love the art selections and enjoy browsing different displays to match our decor.

    Happy with the features, just installed it so we haven't had a chance to use much. Disappointed that while it says under features a customizable bezel a footnote indicates that it is a separate purchase. I understand that is my misunderstanding. If purchased from Samsung's website their sale includes an extra set of bezels.

    I purchased this tv with the advice of the sales agent. It has been a great addition to our home. it's so bright makes me want to purchase a larger one for our main room. Highly recommend!!

    As usual, a great samsung product, but not quite as expected. Still a good buy, but unless you really intend to use the "frame" feature and are good to soend hundreds on the frames. Just buy a notmal TV for less.

    I have had my Samsung The Frame tv for a little over a year, and my television turns off and reboots a few times a few seconds after turning it on. I showed the issue to a Geek Squad representative, Killian since I have the Total Protection plan, and he was at my home to repair my microwave. He called me soon after his visit to tell me that I needed to contact Samsung, and that Best Buy would not repair the tv during the first year after purchase. I didn't understand that, since i had the protection plan that indicated that I would be able to get repairs for TWO YEARS after purchase that is included in the fee. Since the year mark was approaching, he informed me to contact Samsung or wait until after 1 year date of my purchase and contact him. I'd already contacted Samsung previously and they were not helpful, so I waited until the 1-year mark, which was the end of last month. I reached out to Killian twice and have been unable to reach him, and he has not returned my phone call. The issues started a few months after my purchase, and at this point, it seems like I have wasted money on both the tv and the Best Buy protection plan.

    Great until it's not...

    This TV was great at first but after a year the screen started getting darker and darker. We are 18 months into our purchase and the tv is so dark you can barely see anything. We have reset everything, tried to adjust the color and it is still terrible. Now movie titles get stuck on the screen for hours. My kids put on frozen and the title was very faintly in the background all day.

    Got the 75 inch and it's a great TV for bright rooms. In darker rooms, it would probably be too dimmed. But the absence of any reflection off the screen is great. Having said that, don't bother purcahsing TotalTech, which I have renamed TotalWaste.

    Has been a fantastic TV. My only complaint is that the audio frequently lags so you have to re-set it at fairly regular interviews. Otherwise it's been great.

    really unimpressed. the lighting makes it not appear to be actual art, but a tv. Most of the apps never work (samsung health, etc), the tv remote and home settings are not easy to find the apps page. Tech support on the tv also never connects to tech support, but just directs you to go to your computer to then try to find the correct support location... the self diagnosis is a joke too.

      1. Use 5G Wi-Fi if possible
      2. Try wired LAN if available
      3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router

      Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

      You may want to enable automatic updates for conveniences.
      Go to Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.

      Additionally, to optimize the TV’s performance, please also try running Device Care, which improves your apps performance by freeing up unused cached memory and closes background apps. Go to: Settings > Support > Open e-Manual, then select Device Care.

    Excellent color and good addition. Need to get a frame for it and it’ll make it pop. Otherwise the frame it come with works well.

    Picture was good. our unit had a defect where the sound would go in and out from external sources... very unfortunate. Returned and exchanged for a different model.
