Screen needs to be replaced. The Best Buy total tech only offered to not charge labor but would not pay for the replacement screen. Samsung offered a 10 percent discount on a new tv. I could not be more disappointed

We replaced an older television system so there really is no comparison. We love the thin design and the art which displays when the TV is off and we love the ease of accessing Live TV as well as multiple apps. Besides that, the Geek Squad was fantastic getting us all set up - highly recommend adding that service!

You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an update available by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now.
You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care
