    I liked the tv until the screen developed a large discoloration just after the one year warranty expired. Screen needs to be replaced. The Best Buy total tech only offered to not charge labor but would not pay for the replacement screen. Samsung offered a 10 percent discount on a new tv. I could not be more disappointed

    Beautiful TV, looks great in our space, easy to use apps and connect to cable. The app interface to add pictures is a little difficult to use, slow and buggy.

You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an update available by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now.

    What a difference a quality TV like this makes! We replaced an older television system so there really is no comparison. We love the thin design and the art which displays when the TV is off and we love the ease of accessing Live TV as well as multiple apps. Besides that, the Geek Squad was fantastic getting us all set up - highly recommend adding that service!
