The Samsung frame TV it is amazing. Several people have come in the house and asked “is it really a TV too”. It’s exactly what I hoped it would be.

Bought one and in a year we had a black line going down the left side of the tv .I guess it a bulb behind the screen.samung will not look at it to fix because its been a year .so I guess if you buy just make sure you get the warranty I’ll need it.

Got sold a used TV with missing components. Unfortunately, I had it shipped outside of the country so I actually opened the box around 18 to 20 days after delivery and when I did what I found was a used tv with slight damage and hundreds of dollars in missing components. Both the one connect cable and the wall mount were missing inside the box which in total is a value of around $400-$500. I can’t even test the TV because I need that cable to power it on. I ordered it from Amazon at a cost of hundreds of dollars and will wait for it to arrive in order to see if this used and worn tv Best Buy sent as a suppository new TV even works. The box even has the sticker of the person who last returned it on it, I could tell as soon as I got it was not new. Unfortunately, I had it shipped outside of the US so returning is more of a hassle than actually ordering the missing components. I’m crossing my fingers that it will work fine but I’m worried. Also, when I called in the Best Buy customer support they were extremely unhelpful. They genuinely did not seem interested in helping me out and just kept giving me a list of excuses of why they would not take responsibility for sending me a used TV and selling it as a new one or even bothering to pack in the right components after the person that last bought it returned. Seriously I cannot say enough bad things about how Best Buy has been running lately, it’s shameful and sketchy! Last time I buy anything of value with this store after decades a customer. The Frame is a great TV but Best Buy is super sketchy, unhelpful, and dishonest.

This item was a must have for the living room. With the frame around it, it’s looks just like a normal picture on the wall.

The cord was hard to insert into the back of the tv. Finally heard the click. Worth every effort. Worth every penny.

Great product and meets the spouse's approval for display in prominent area. That was the motivation for the Frame purchase.
