Research mounting options first!

Had to end up exchanging the TV for another one, defeated the purpose of wall mounting with the box and cable. Another Samsung 8k QLED TV came with one of those "One Connect" boxes also, but it was much more slimmer and actually mounts behind the TV - so a much better setup for sure!

It looks like a real painting!

Of course the display looks great when you're watching tv, but the FRAME mode is the best. Now it looks like i have a real painting on the wall when the tv is off!

Frame TV is Awesome

I was disappointed that I ord’d the brown frame. Apparently the salesman didn’t write it up and it wasn’t delivered. I ck’d the invoice and wasn’t charged either.

The wall mount bracket could use a revamp. The 2 piece design made it difficult to position within the wall studs. Other than that, highly recommend this TV.

It looks amazing on the fireplace with the artwork. Definitely thinking about getting another one. The one criticism I have is the remote is not the most user friendly.

To assist you in learning the various functions and settings of your new Solar Cell remote, you can download the Solar Cell Remote Guide directly from Samsung’s website by clicking “Support” in the top right corner. Then go to “Manuals & Software” > “TVs & Home Theater” > “TVs”. From there, you can select The Frame TV under "Lifestyle TVs” > “A Model Lineup" and download the guides you would like. The e-Manual is also embedded into the TV itself under Settings > Support > Open e-Manual.

lip sync issues

Thank you for purchasing the The Frame TV and for sharing your experience with sound delays. Please be sure your firmware is up to date with version 1560.5 which includes updates to address lip sync or audio delays that you are experiencing. You can check this by going to: Settings > Support > Software Update.
If this firmware version is not yet available on your TV, you can download the update on a USB drive and manually update your TV:
1. On Samsung's website (upper right corner), go to: Support > Manuals & Software > Find your TV model.
2. Download the update and extract it to the root of a USB thumb drive. (Do not put it in any folders on the thumb drive.)
3. Connect the USB thumb drive to a USB port on your TV.
4. Navigate to Settings > Support > Software Update, select Update Now, and then select Yes.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the updated software.
